Our clients are all unique and so is their interest in level of involvement in the wedding planning journey!

PARTIAL PLANNING

If you’ve already begun planning your wedding and find yourself in need of support to bring everything together then this package is for you!

With our partial wedding planning package we meet clients where they are with wedding planning, ready to alleviate wedding planning pressure!

 

We get started by helping you set a pace for the remainder of your planning with a planning timeline, creating a wedding budget, and developing a design vision (or building upon what you’ve already decided). From there, we follow the planning timeline through to wedding day which typically includes procuring an incredible team of vendors, finalizing your design vision and plan, and taking care of the day-of logistical planning and execution to make sure your day comes together in exactly the way you want!

MONTH OF COORDINATION

Our Day-of Coordination package is ideal for couples who have fully planned their wedding and are simply in need of someone to run on the show day-of! With this package, we connect with you two weeks prior to your wedding to familiarize ourselves with the plans you have laid, create a timeline, and touch base with your vendors.

 

On your wedding day, we are the liason between you, your timeline, and your vendors, keeping the wedding on track. We will act as a the team leader of the vendors, overseeing that everyone is doing their part and all of the moving pieces that will make your day so special are coming together seemlessly.

 

Of course, should something unexpected arise, we are there to effectively and quietly troubleshoot so that you don’t have to take precious moments away from your celebration. You can be confident that we are managing everything behind the scenes so that you can focus on the important things like getting married and celebrating!
